Information from Connected Google Services
When a user voluntarily connects a Google account to 2io, 2io may access Google user data that is necessary to provide the requested functionality.
Depending on the Google services connected by the user, this may include:
- Google account name, email address, and profile information
- Gmail mailbox and email information
- Email message metadata and content required for mailbox synchronization
- Information required to send email through the user's connected Gmail account
- Google Calendar events and related event information
- Google Calendar event conference information used to create or manage Google Meet links
- Google Tasks and task-list information
2io only requests access to Google data required for the features enabled by the user.
2. How We Use Information
2io uses collected information to provide and operate the services requested by users.

- Providing CRM and business management functionality
- Authenticating users and maintaining accounts
- Synchronizing connected Gmail mailboxes
- Sending emails from a user's connected Gmail account when requested by the user
- Creating, viewing, updating, and managing Google Calendar events when requested by the user
- Creating Google Meet conference links through supported Google Calendar events
- Importing and managing Google Tasks when the user enables the Tasks integration
- Providing notifications and communication features
- Providing customer support
- Maintaining application security
- Diagnosing technical problems and improving application reliability
- Improving user-facing functionality
Google user data is used only for providing or improving user-facing features and services requested by the user.
3. Google API Services User Data
2io's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- 2io does not sell Google user data to third parties or data brokers.
- 2io does not use Google user data for targeted advertising, personalized advertising, or retargeted advertising.
- 2io does not use Google user data for determining creditworthiness, lending purposes, or similar purposes.
- 2io does not transfer Google user data to third parties for purposes unrelated to providing or improving the functionality of 2io.
- Google user data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
4. Gmail Data
When a user connects Gmail to 2io, the application may access the user's Gmail data necessary to provide email synchronization and email communication functionality.
Depending on the enabled functionality, 2io may process:
- Email messages
- Email headers and metadata
- Sender and recipient information
- Subject and message content
- Mailbox and folder information
- Information required to send messages from the connected account
Gmail data is processed only to provide the email functionality requested by the user.
2io does not use Gmail data for advertising or sell Gmail data to third parties.
5. Google Calendar and Google Meet
When a user enables Google Calendar integration, 2io may access calendar event information required to provide calendar functionality.
This may include:
- Calendar event titles
- Event descriptions
- Start and end times
- Attendees
- Event locations
- Conference information
2io may use Google Calendar's conference functionality to create Google Meet links when the user requests a meeting through 2io.
Calendar and conference information is used only to provide the calendar and meeting functionality requested by the user.
6. Google Tasks
When a user enables Google Tasks integration, 2io may access Google Tasks information required to provide task management functionality.
This may include:
- Task lists
- Task titles
- Task descriptions
- Task status
- Due dates
- Task completion information
Google Tasks data is used only to provide the task-management functionality requested by the user.
7. Storage of Google User Data
Where necessary to provide the requested functionality, 2io may securely store information obtained through connected Google services.
OAuth credentials and access tokens are protected using appropriate security controls and encryption mechanisms.
2io does not store a user's Google account password.
Access to stored Google-related information is restricted to authorized application processes and personnel who require access to operate, maintain, secure, or support the service.
8. Data Sharing and Disclosure
2io does not sell personal information or Google user data.
We may disclose information only when necessary to:
- Provide and operate 2io services
- Use infrastructure and service providers required to operate the platform

Users may also revoke 2io's Google account access through their Google Account settings.
